god i hate the slowlyness of upload of dA
this was meant to be uploaded on the 30th of july its a nice way to end the month nevertheless  im tired og always taking so long and whatnot specially when there's this huge tormoil over at my place it's the second time me and my dad had stupid argument over the internet seriously eesh also ill stop posting extensive bakground stories to the characters as a form of protection :\ too many thieves as of late soo if you wanna see some background of Éron check out the previous version here so after that fiasco of the first version hopefully i redeemed his name and himself as the main character of my book i think i portrayed him nicely and came out quite good and he is truly how i envisioned him right now onwards to the King Raziel ~cheers p.s. nice sword upgrade wouldnt you say? Critiques
Beginning with the character, the details very clear especially on his nose, sword and boots. The hair is neat without looking too anime ish.
Although these facts, I feel a lack of smoothness (or a intermedium color) on his face mainly on the cheekbone.
Other thing which doesn't look very well in a close analysis, is the vest; it looks very stiff and unnatural on the shoulders.
Next point: the bg
The textured stairs give a more realistic look and the fact that they have no end, fading on the white, transmit a feeling of danger ahead. I really can see Eron running on the stairs, stop to look back and say something heroic and run again towards a danger like it was his destiny since the beginning of his story.
The big image on the back for some reason don't make feel that lack which I pointted before. Being one of the main characters, or THE main character, this suits it very well.
To finish, regarding the work on its whole, I find the name a bit distracting maybe because is close to the area faded away of the bigger image of Eron and cause contrast.
Unlike Ivor, this work turned out pretty good and successfull
