I decided to do this now because it was pretty simple and i can't paint or Draw anything for te time being because of my surgery (aka removal of two wisdom teeth) and my girlfriend had suggested it because it's one of our songs and it means a lot to both me and her specially when it concerns te painting itself
i would also like to state that im not a recent fan of Coldplay like a huge ammount of people became due to this song, i was a fan of them all the way back when they started
I also decided to create this to support the original video of Viva La Vida and not that abomination created for apple that everyone seems to enjoy way more than the original one
if they are artists i'd suggest taking another look at te painting thats from Delacroix a master of the Romantique epoce and it portrays the French revolution after the rococo era near the Illuminism and the return to the classic style as a reply to the excesses of the Baroque and Rococo and if you listen carefully to the lyrics it has an interpretation that matches the story of Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI this whole era as a special meaning to both me and my girlfriend as well
No matter how many times I listen to that song I can always hear something new. I was listening to it a few days ago and picked out a brief harpsichord solo, which I hadn't even noticed before.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
