Alfhar concept

If not the last, probably one of the final characters from Hubris: Epilogue.

Probably one or two remaining I doubt I will add more to the line-up.

This is Alfhar one of the generals from the Arcadian army, fearsome warrior, matched only by Martiell. Since the army ranks as well as naval are pretty much getting confusing for me I will probably make a small diagram of the army ranks color coded as well as the hirarchy and add the crests for each.

I will probably also update the character relations map from Hubris.
